Apple Blossom

A handmade paper sculpture of an apple blossom branch. I took apart and copied a branch of our crabapple tree when it was in full bloom.

The black wooden shadow box frame is 8.5 x 8.5 inches and 2 inches deep. There is glass in front of the frame. The inside of the box is painted in off-white. There is hanging hardware on the back and it is signed. 

Each of my paper flowers and leaves are handmade with care and attention to detail. The flowers and leaves are made from heavy Italian crepe paper which have been painted with acrylic paint. Using high quality materials and careful techniques ensures that my flowers and leaves will last a long time. I include care tips with each purchase. This unique shadow box would make a fun addition to a cabinet of curiosities, a bookshelf, or an art collection.
