Garden Rose

This handmade pink paper garden rose is mounted into a wooden shadow box frame. I copied it from a gorgeous rose growing at the front of my house. 

The painted wooden box is 8 x 10 inches and 1 3/4 inch deep. It is dark grey on the sides and a lighter mottled grey inside. There is hanging hardware on the back and it is signed. This is a one of a kind piece.

Each of my paper flowers is handmade with care and attention to detail. This flower is made from laminated Italian crepe paper while the leaves are made from painted card stock. Using high quality materials and careful techniques ensures that my flowers will last a long time. This unique shadow box would make a fun addition to a cabinet of curiosities, a bookshelf, or an art collection.
