Shipping policy

I ship my flowers worldwide from Ontario, Canada. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or import fees incurred. This will not be an issue for customers in the US and Canada but if you are hoping to have something shipped outside of those zones, please look into the import laws. If you have any concerns, please contact me to discus. 

All of my paper flowers will be shipped with care in custom boxes. All precautions will be taken to ensure that your purchase arrives at your home in perfect condition. A tracking number will be provided if possible. In-stock orders within Canada should arrive within one week to 10 days. International orders should arrive within two weeks. If I am making a custom piece for you, please allow up to two weeks plus shipping time. Please contact me if there is any problem with shipping or if you do not receive your item in a reasonable amount of time. Please note that in an effort to reduce waste, I ship my products in recycled boxes. The shipping box will be wrapped in plain wrapping paper.
