Buttercup

A handmade paper buttercup in a glass-fronted shadow box frame. I have created this delicate flower using crepe paper and painted card stock. When lit from the side, the serrated leaves cast interesting shadows on the simple, off-white background. this flower was copied form a flower found blooming in my backyard.

The shadow box frame, with glass, is 10 x 12". There is a hanging wire on the back.
