Peony

A handmade paper pink bomb peony with leaves mounted in a double frame. A classic favourite, peonies are such gorgeous blooms, but their season is so short! This paper version will last for many years.

The painted wooden frame is 9x11". It is a dark blue/grey inside and out. There is hanging hardware on the back and it is signed. 

Each of my paper flowers is handmade with care and attention to detail. This sculpture is made from Italian crepe paper, mixed media paper, wire, acrylic paint, and glue. Using high quality materials and careful techniques ensures that my flowers will last a long time. This flower has also been sprayed with a UV protectant to prevent fading. I include care tips with each purchase. This unique shadow box would make a fun addition to a cabinet of curiosities, a bookshelf, or an art collection.
